Big Cats is offering Birthday Parties!! A super fun way to let your child have a special birthday!
DETAILS & RULES:
- Parties are 2 hours long. (Hour and a half for gym play time, obstacle courses, bounce house and last half hour for gifts and cake!) *You will be allowed in the gym 15 minutes prior to the party start time to set up any table decorations and cake etc. If you wish to be allowed in earlier than 15 minutes, you will need to pay an additional $20 per half hour & ensure that it does not run into any prior party time.
- Cost is $175 for up to 15 children MAX, $10 per each additional child thereafter. *Any siblings must be included in the first 15 kids.
- There is a "Team Gymnast Discount" of $50 off when a current gymnastics team member books a party with us :-)
- There is a $50 non-refundable deposit due up front to hold the party date & time. Remainder will be due PRIOR TO THE START OF THE PARTY.
- 1 or 2 supervising coaches will be provided. Number of coaches depends on which facility and how many children are attending. *You can request a specific coach but we do not guarantee their availability.
- Bring your own decorations & refreshments. We provide the facility and FUN! *Included with our facility are: tables & chairs to accommodate children as well as a cake &/or gift table, clean lobby & restrooms and bouncy house during the whole party. Ninja obstacles upon request.
- Parties can be booked on Friday evenings (start time of 5pm or 6pm), Saturdays (between 10am and 6pm) or Sunday afternoons (between 1pm and 4pm).
- ALL children attending the party must have a waiver signed BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. The party host (or other adult) may NOT sign waivers for children that are not legally theirs. *Party Waiver can be found under the "Forms" section of this website or can be picked up in the office.
- Parents (and/or other adults over age 17) are NOT ALLOWED on the equipment. *Anyone under 17 that enters the gym must have a waiver signed and must be counted in the 15 child max.
- Absolutely NO food or drink of any kind is allowed in the gym area or around any equipment. Food & drink is only allowed in the lobby area.
